Fight Foreclosure and take back control!

Completed Short Sales – Approvals

Posted March 15th, 2011 by admin

One of the most frequent and logical questions is: How many short sales have you successfully completed?

And it is very important that sellers ask this question, because short sales have  different consequences if  you are unable to successfully close them.   Sellers are unable to take them off the market and wait for better market conditions; if the sellers fail to close when given the opportunity, there is a very high probability that the lenders will foreclose on these properties.   The actions here have much more sense of finality as lenders are not prone to give numerous opportunities to close escrow. Experience truly matters here.

Over the years we have successfully completed dozens of short sales.  Here are samples of some of the approval letters, and they are in no logical order.
